Rebecca At The Cinema 

During this historical period, going to the cinema was a popular form of entertainment. Rebecca was thrilled to see a live production of Cleopatra and wants to share her experience with an Egyptian themed event.

Activity focus: An improvisation to include, "If I were an Egyptian Queen for a day, I would..."

Craft focus: An Egyptian theme bookmark & bracelet.

Cultural focus: Rebecca's religion, her family's heritage, and how she assimilates in America. 
Historical focus: The second wave of immigration from Europe to America,
Art focus: The art of improv will allow the learner to be spontaneous and adaptable. 
Travel focus: Map & flag of Egypt, Rebecca's homeland, and NYC.
Social focus: Leaners will reciprocate, show patience, and have fun with others.
